The part of the process we liked the best was how William took care of all the calling and keeping the loan officers in check and getting the house. William was professional, courteous and helpful. When my husband and I decided to buy a house we contacted this lender that we had heard about. They recommended a realtor to us and I called her to discuss what we wanted with our home and the areas that we wanted to live in. She told me that she would call me the next day to show us what she came up with. The next day came and she never called back, then two days went by and she still hadn't called. So at that point my friend gave me the phone number to William T Lott. I called him and the next day he came over to my house with nine different houses and two days later (which was Saturday) we went and saw five different houses. Two and a-half weeks after we first spoke with William we got an accepted offer. From the very beginning he started working his hardest to help us find a house. He listened to the things that we wanted in a home and he searched for the best homes to fit what we were looking for. This was our first time buying a house and he explained everything to us very clearly so that we could understand. From start to finish he was there to help empty the home, sent us to an attorney who works with probate court, and finally step by step through the selling of our home.
